When I search on Tāhūrangi sometimes what I search for is not the first thing that comes up.
The search functionality on Tāhūrangi is similar to that of a large search engine, it searches both resource names and the content within resources. It is continually learning as more searches are done, which is the best result to show up. Over time, the search results will get better and more refined. In the mean time you can use the filters to narrow down your search results.
Recieving a collection that someone has shared with me
We are aware that some people are unable to receive a collection someone has shared with them. We are trying to fix this issue as quickly as possible. It is quite complicated and is taking longer to fix than we had hoped. We apologies for any inconvenience this is causing you.
Why can’t I add, or see any ratings or reviews on resources?
The intention is that, at a point in the future, you will be able to review and rate resources, then filter by their rating. We are still testing this functionality and will activate it in the future
Education Sector Logon
On Tāhūrangi you can log into your Education Sector Logon (ESL) account to create and share collections of resources, find previously downloaded resources, and manage your preferences. If you navigate from one curriculum to another, while signed in, you will need to log into your ESL account again to continue using the ESL functions. You are can still create a collection and add resources to it from multiple curriculums.
Why do some of the links on TMoA take me back to the legacy site?
As we are still migrating content to Tāhūrangi, we have some links in place to TKI and the legacy Kauwhata Reo site to ensure that you can still find what you are looking for. As more content is loaded to Tāhūrangi these links out will be removed and you will be able to find what you are looking for on TMoA on Tāhūrangi.
